These terms govern use of pogrebnosilans.com and apply from 22 September 2026. An individually arranged service is governed by the confirmed quotation, agreement and applicable law.

Information and arranging services
The website presents services, products, flowers, guidance, a schedule and online tributes. Browsing, a calculator result or an enquiry does not itself confirm an appointment, reservation or contract. We confirm the scope, price, payment and timing directly with you.
Our telephone availability does not mean that every institution operates continuously. Funeral, cremation and transport arrangements depend on their availability and the required documents.
Prices and the calculator
The calculator provides an indicative estimate of selected items. “Price on request” requires our confirmation. The final offer identifies included items, applicable taxes, third-party charges and possible additional costs. EUR and RUB displays are informational; the final calculation is in RSD under the confirmed offer.
The PIO-related reduction applies after checking eligibility and documents. The published benefit for the death of a pension recipient in 2026 is RSD 85,686. We submit the documents and await reimbursement within the agreed process; the competent fund decides entitlement. The same benefit cannot be claimed twice for one case.
The schedule and guidance articles
The schedule is collected periodically, every six hours, and may differ from a subsequently changed appointment. Check with the organiser or responsible service before attending. Blog articles provide general guidance; documents and conditions must be checked for each case.
Submitting and publishing tributes
The sender confirms permission to provide the text and photograph, including the necessary rights and consents. Submission authorises Silans to process and publicly display the content for the requested tribute; ownership of the photograph is not transferred.
Publication follows Silans’s review. We may request corrections, reject unlawful or inappropriate content, or temporarily remove disputed material for investigation. Public text and photographs may be indexed by search engines. The sender’s private contact details are not published. Email correction or removal requests with the tribute’s link.
Partners, content and prohibited use
Our condolence-flowers page links to Cveta. Orders, payment and terms for that service are agreed with the florist. External websites have their own rules.
Unauthorised copying and further commercial use of photographs, logos and text are not permitted. Impersonation, harassment, malicious content and unauthorised access attempts are prohibited.

We act under applicable Serbian law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
